  2. Imagine a Nigerian from Jigawa State studying here in Uganda called Ali Muhammad Jiniya aged in his 20’s almost 30, messing things in our University involving in issues of forgery!! And yet he is claiming to have graduated but finally the University got him and now he will not graduate but probably next year, 99days for a thief one day for the owner. Please my appeal to everyone is if u are out of your country don’t spoil the reputation of your country be grateful that in the first place u got opportunity of going abroad to study.
For sure if someone who is studying Law can forged another University provisional then how can his client entrust him??
    No short cut in EDUCATION!!!
Be warned it can pull your career.
